Designed by Pedro Leal, the Avôa Swing is an object rooted in memory, movement and quiet reflection.

Handcrafted using durable reclaimed wood from demolition and finished to withstand time and weather, the swing can be used both indoors and outdoors. The structure is paired with UV-resistant nautical ropes, combining strength with a sense of lightness and ease.

The Avoa Swing was born from a childhood memory — hours spent swinging, moving back and forth, letting thoughts drift freely. What once felt like play is now understood as a form of meditation: a gentle rhythm that opens the mind and brings a sense of calm.

More than a functional object, the Avoa Swing is an invitation to pause, to “unthink,” and to reconnect with a childlike sense of presence. A gesture of care, designed for moments of stillness, reflection and simple joy.
